Just got back from an interview for a vet assistant position. It went fairly well, no tough questions or anything. but I have no idea if i will get the job. of course, a lot of it depends on the unknown factor of who you are up against for the position. but after i left, i thought of a few selling points i should have mentioned about myself. like, when she mentioned that they still did old film xrays, i should have told her i have developed film in the past. Or, when she said they do house calls to test the chemistry of fish tank water, i should have mentioned my environmental and marine chemistry courses! She seemed to be very buy and did a lot of the talking so i didn't want to keep interrupting. well, nothing i can do about it now. i immediately mailed the manager a thank you card and said i'd love to become a part of the team.
Maybe i will here about the job on friday,or next monday..
